Our first step is a friendly phone call where we get to know your goals, timeline, and priorities. We’ll ask the right questions to understand what you’re after — whether it’s a rear extension, a full renovation, or a kitchen redesign.

We’ll introduce our Investment Tiers so you can see how the level of finish affects the budget, and we’ll give you ballpark pricing based on similar projects we’ve delivered across the North East.

Need drawings or planning support? Our optional Design & Build Service gives you architectural plans and early costing advice in one joined-up process — with first refusal on our build schedule once designs are complete.
